The HYPNOTIC ROCKET company (hereinafter "HYPNOTIC ROCKET") is the publisher of the HAPPIZ website, available here at www.behappiz.com (hereinafter the "Website") on which the HAPPIZ application is introduced, and on which the Affiliates can access their dashboard.


In this Privacy Policy, the term "User" refers to any user of the Website, including Affiliates. The terms "you" and "your" refer to Users and the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to HYPNOTIC ROCKET.


The term "Affiliate" refers to any affiliate who has a personal account on the Website from which they can access their dashboard.


This Privacy Policy explains how HYPNOTIC ROCKET, acting as data controller, collects and processes personal data as part of the administration and management of the Website.


HYPNOTIC ROCKET thus undertakes to ensure the processing they carry out in their capacity as data controller is compliant with the regulations relating to personal data, in particular French Law n°78-17 of January 6, 1978 known as "Informatique et Libertés" as amended, and the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council dated April 27, 2016 known as "RGPD" (hereinafter the "Regulations").

What data do we collect?

    You can request the deletion of your data by email in accordance with this article, or you can also request immediate deletion from your Happiz application via your profile using the 'Delete my account' option. This deletion is permanent and irreversible. Additionally, ensure to cancel your subscription if you have subscribed to one. For more information on our cancellation process, please refer to our General Terms of Use or from the application, in the menu, via the subscription management option.

  • Right to withdraw your consent
    You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time regarding Data we process based on your consent. However, such withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of the processing that took place prior to such withdrawal.

  • Right to restrict processing
    This right allows you to request that your Personal Data should only be processed by HYPNOTIC ROCKET in limited circumstances, namely with your consent.

  • Right to object to processing
    You have the right to object at any time to your Personal Data being processed, provided that the interests involved in such objection outweigh our legitimate grounds for processing your Data.

  • Right to Data portability

Our servers are located in France, and your Personal Data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area.
